For todays episode I had the honor of chatting with Dr. Janelle Sinclair about a holistic approach to nutrition, mental health and the gut brain connection- something you guys have expressed wanting to hear more about as well. Dr Janelle Sinclair is a biochemist and registered natural medicine practitioner who specializes in the area of mental health. She is a wife, a mother of two, a Christ-follower, a crossfitter, a speaker and an author. Dr Janelle has worked in the natural medicine field for over 14 years, has a PhD in biochemistry from Basel, Switzerland, and has a Postgraduate certificate in mental health. She is a lover of learning and has completed numerous natural medicine and neurolinguistic programming courses, and is FitGenes certified.
