As you know, this site is all about raising mental health awareness and support in the Christian community. However, mental health doesn’t discriminate against race, gender or beliefs and every person matters. I definitely encourage you to continue to find ways to support, educate yourself and share more about the realities of mental health as 1 in 4 Americans is affected on average. You know what that means? Chances are you, someone you know, that stranger in passing or person sitting in the row at church right behind you is fighting a war in their minds we know nothing about that is trying to claim their lives and their purpose. It’s one of the most common and most unrecognized health issues we face. I thought it would be such great timing to present 31 new journal prompts all dedicated to self-awareness of personal mental health. I truly hope you find them edifying. Enjoy!
