This simple Daily Mental Health Tracker is a great way to check-in with your mental status each day. Not only does it keep us aware of patterns and the direction of our mental health but these are especially great for having a record to make the most use of therapy sessions. The optional section of tracking medications and side effects can help keep account for how current medications may be effecting you, especially during times of transition.
